The government subsidized coupon program to help consumers equip themselves for the upcoming digital broadcast conversion on February 17, 2009 is done for now.  The National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the government agency in charge of supplying the coupons, which had an operating budget of $1.34 Billion dollars has exhausted its budget.
